Domain name purchase

Silver Bearing cannot be held liable in any way if the details provided by the customer for transfer of any domain, correspondence or communication are false/inaccurate. In the event the above occurs the customer is able to amend details with the domain registrar in the case of transfer issues (usually free of charge). In any case the customer relieves Silver Bearing and its affiliates of all responsibility.

Our License Agreement

We are fully licensed to sell and distribute every item in our store, each product is sold to the customer with complete resell rights allowing the buyer to sell or give away all items purchased, as they wish.

The specific's of the licenses vary in accordance to the product, some items promote a 'free to change, free to sell'  license wheras some do not. Details of the type of license are usually sent with each item, in the event they are not provided the customer must assume the license DOES NOT ALLOW ALTERATIONS TO BE MADE TO THE CONTENT OF THE E-BOOK. Should the customer wish to change the content of any e-book for resale they must contact the author before making these alterations, permission is given at the authors discretion. silverbearing.COM is not able to facilitate these issues.

Support Policies

We take pride in offering exceptional customer services, we currently employ an automated system to answer frequently asked questions, however do have staff on hand to answer or take customer comments. Comments or questions can be posted to us via our CONTACT US section in the navigation bar above, 

• We aim to process complaints and questions within 7 days
• We keep a log of all customer comments and contact details for future reference
• We will use feedback for statistical analysis
• All sales are logged and processed via our online statistical analysis tools; so as to provide a better service & pricing scheme for you.

Refund Policy

silverbearing.COM offer a 7 day money back- satisfaction guarantee, in the rare occurrence of such an event please e-mail mickey_bricks@silverbearing.com, please leave details of the nature of the complaint, you may be asked to fill out a form outlining contact details. Please note refund communications sent via our Contact Us page above in the navigation bar will be deleted via our automated systems, we cannot be held responsible for failure to refund if a customer does not E-MAIL the specified address.
