When will I receive my e-book?

In the event you are not directed to the download pages, you will automatically be sent details via E-mail of the URL location of your new e-book(s).

Will the download be difficult?

It could not be easier - after completing payment you will be sent an e-mail detailing where you can find your e-book(s), along with further details.

• 1- Open the e-mail
• 2- Click the download link
• 3- click save.......That's it !

Try to save the e-book to a memorable location, this will make it easier to locate the e-book, for extraction.

How do I open the e-book?

The e-book is stored on our server in a compressed format - this makes it easier to download.

You will need a extractor such as WINZIP to extract the files - don't worry this is usually preinstalled on your computer from the factory, if it isn't just click the link below and its yours for free!

ok, the files are 'unzipped' but they wont open?

when you double click on the icon, windows should automatically find the right software to open the file, if this doesn't happen don't worry you may not have the software.

Some e-books are self extracting - that means you click them and they just open, however many earlier published e-books come in a PDF format (.pdf file extension), just click the link below to doenload the software for free. Again most computer come with this software pre-installed, so have a look around before making the download.

Some very rare e-books come in a word document format for this you will need Microsoft word or equivalent word processing software to open the file.

I have seen an E-book on the website that I want but I cant buy it, what wrong?

It is possible that the link has failed, or has been disabled by us at Silver Bearing for technical reasons, but don't worry it will be back soon enough.
